Pre School
The Pre-School Rooms at ‘Learning Curve Nursery Group’ caters for children aged 3 – 5 years. During their time in this room the children will be preparing for school in a fun and relaxed, educational environment. Our Pre-School Units consist of all different areas for example; messy, construction, ICT, home corner and much more.
We also have extra curricula activities in which your child can participate in; Football sessions, Music lessons, French lessons, Dance lessons, Drama Sessions, Aerobics Sessions and Soft play sessions. All these classes help to promote your child’s development one step further.
When starting in the Pre-School each child is assigned a key worker, the child’s key worker will be there every step of the way, encouraging and helping your child reach their full potential and most importantly to have fun through play.
The children follow the educational guidelines within the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. The EYFS is made up of six areas of learning, which we support through our continuous provision. Daily observations are carried out throughout the nursery on each individual child, which are used to plan different activities and educational experiences to support each individual child’s needs. Each child’s development and achievements are all tracked individually in each child’s learning journey, which is available for parents to read at anytime.
